LITTLE MONSTERS
Most people think of all monsters and nightmares as hunchbacked, cross-eyed little monstrosities, slithering through the dark leaving a trail of slime and terror. Monsters are created due to many reasons. Some are born that way, others made that way. Nightmares are created by our subconscious. Sleep opens portals to places we are not meant to understand or travel too deeply in. Children with fertile imaginations create creatures in the shadows of dark closets, shaded corners of rooms, or the thought of something hiding under their beds. Because children are so open to the supernatural, it's not surprising children account for most of the Nightmares manifested. The Nighthag searches for those nightmares and captures them. She is creating an army with these Nightmares. Not all of these childhood nightmares are malicious. You will meet both evil and harmless Nightmares in your journey.
